If you watch your salt, the number that matters is 20 mg/L of sodium — below it, EU law (Directive 2009/54/EC) lets a mineral water be labelled "suitable for a low-sodium diet". Everything on this list is under that line, straight from each water's published analysis, ranked lowest first.

Sodium is near-tasteless at these levels, so going low costs you nothing in flavor — the differences you will taste come from minerality and carbonation, not the salt.
