Still, feather-light and squeaky clean, with a finish so soft it barely registers. This is the largest cell in the typology, the default shape of good water, and the hardest to do beautifully.

The chemistry is calcium bicarbonate at a whisper. Calcium edges the cation balance, bicarbonate rounds what little finish there is, and the minerals stay under the full-body line of 250 mg/L total dissolved solids. At the very bottom of the range sit the ultra-pure glacier waters that taste of cold and nothing else.
