We decide it the way hydrochemists do — by milliequivalents, not milligrams — so this list is the catalog's genuinely sodium-dominant springs, mostly volcanic and thermal sources.
These are drinking waters with a whisper of salt, not sports drinks. If you also watch your sodium intake, cross-check the low-sodium list — dominance and quantity are different questions.
