The Old Salt
Salty, bold and proud of it. Has stories, and tells them.
Sparkling, full-bodied, silky and unapologetically saline. The strongest personality in the typology.
Sodium chloride dominance over the 250 mg/L line, with gas on top. These are deep, old brines and thermal sources; the salt is geological time you can taste, and the dry finish is chloride doing the talking.
Farris and Vytautas anchor the cell. Not for everyone, exactly for someone, and that someone knows who they are.
