The Sea Breeze
A whisper of salt off calm water. Coastal, light and gone.
Still, light and silky with a dry, faintly saline exit. The suggestion of the sea without the commitment.
This is sodium chloride country at low tide. Sodium leads the cations and chloride tips the anion balance to the dry side, yet the whole thing stays under the 250 mg/L body line, so what you get is a salt whisper rather than a salt lick.
Luso, the Portuguese national still water, sits here. These pour well alongside grilled fish and anything that already tastes of the coast.
